A final reminder from schools: payment of fees is a condition for issuing results and certificates

Public and private school administrations sent final reminder letters to parents of students, calling on them to quickly pay the tuition fees due for the academic year 2025-2026, stressing that non-compliance with payment will result in applying the procedures stipulated in the approved regulations and regulations, most notably canceling the student’s enrollment, withholding the end-of-year results, and preventing the issuance and printing of academic certificates until the financial dues are settled.

The schools confirmed, in letters addressed to parents, and seen by Emirates Today, that this warning represents the last notice before starting to implement the administrative procedures related to financial dues, calling on families to take the initiative to complete the payment process, in a way that ensures the completion of procedures for students without any delay.

She explained that withholding results and certificates is not an independent procedure, but rather comes within an approved regulatory system that links the completion of academic services and official documents to the fulfillment of the student’s financial obligations, noting that lifting the withholding occurs immediately after the due fees are settled and the required procedures are completed.

The schools included in their letters the official approved channels designated for paying fees, with the aim of facilitating payment procedures and enabling parents to complete the transaction electronically without the need to visit the school, which reduces time and effort and ensures that payment data is quickly updated.

It also asked parents who had previously paid fees to ignore the reminder message, indicating that the notice is only directed to accounts that still have financial dues appearing on them according to electronic records.

The administrations stressed the importance of not postponing payment until the last minute, in order to avoid any delay that might affect students’ ability to view their results or obtain their academic certificates, especially with the end of the academic year and the start of procedures for issuing the official documents necessary to move to the next stage of study or to complete university admission procedures.
