Kuwait announces that a second power generation and water distillation station has been subjected to an Iranian attack

Kuwait announced today that a second station for generating electricity and distilling water was subjected to an Iranian attack, which caused a fire to break out in it, which led to the disconnection of a number of generating units, a day after an Iranian attack on another station, which also caused a fire and damage to the station.
The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy said in a statement: “In light of the sinful Iranian attack on the State of Kuwait, another electrical power and water distillation station was subjected to a hostile attack that resulted in a fire breaking out in one of the components of the station, which necessitated taking precautionary operational measures, which consisted of disconnecting a number of generating units, in order to preserve the safety of the station and its workers, and to ensure the stability of the electrical system.”
