The in-kind registration of 1,491 real estate plots in Riyadh, Makkah and Tabuk has begun

Declare Real Estate Registry Today, applications for the first in-kind registration of (1,491) real estate plots in the regions of Riyadh, Mecca, and Tabuk have begun.

Registration includes the RiyadhA number of real estate plots in the Afif Governorate, in addition to the following neighborhoods in the Rumah Governorate: (Al-Rabiyah neighborhood, part of the open area neighborhood belonging to the Rawda municipality, and part of the open area neighborhood belonging to the Sharq municipality).

Registration begins in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah in Taif Governorate for the following neighborhoods: (Part of Umm Al-Rasf neighborhood, part of Al-Qarahin neighborhood, and part of Umm Al-Arad neighborhood), in addition to a number of real estate plots in the Tabuk region in Umluj Governorate.

Owners of properties located within the neighborhoods must register their properties before the end of Thursday, October 22, 2026 AD, and the location of the property can be verified if it is within the areas declared through the real estate registry platform.

The registry is called. Real estate owners must register their properties through the Land Registry platform, or the Land Registry application, and contact the customer service center (199002) to inquire about registration procedures and steps.

Real estate owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the Land Registry services, and carry out real estate transactions easily and conveniently, and avoid the penalties and fines specified by the real estate registration system.

The Real Estate Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work in registering properties in areas that benefit from the Land Registry, as part of its efforts to Increasing reliability and transparency in the sector, by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, to be a unified reference for all real estate data.

The real estate registry will be issued "Property number" An ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit that is registered. The new ownership registration instrument includes the precise geographical location of the property, its owner’s information, its descriptions, its condition, its rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it. To be a basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, in a way that contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main capabilities.

Real estate areas are determined according to several criteria, and based on the role of the General Real Estate Authority; It is the authority responsible for real estate registration in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the real estate registration system.

The National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Land Registry) undertakes the implementation of the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using techniques, geospatial data, and modern technologies through an integrated digital platform, which contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
