Dubai Real Estate begins the week’s trading with transactions of 2.83 billion dirhams

The real estate market in Dubai began the week’s trading with clear activity, with strong movements recorded in the sector, which reflects investor confidence and continued momentum in the market, amid positive investment trends, ignoring tensions in the region. The total real estate transactions recorded about 2.83 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 1,108 deals, which included sales of more than two billion dirhams, after implementing 874 deals, according to data from the “Dubai Rest” application, affiliated with the Dubai Land Department.

Yesterday, Dubai real estate sales were divided into 775 sales of residential units, 43 sales of buildings, and 56 sales of lands. Ready real estate sales amounted to about 882.61 million dirhams through the implementation of 257 transactions, divided into 183 sales of residential units, 18 sales of buildings, and 56 sales of lands, while sales of off-plan real estate amounted to about 1.13 billion dirhams, through 617 deals divided into 592 sales of residential units, and 25 sales of buildings.

Real estate mortgages recorded 204 transactions, worth 607.48 million dirhams, distributed as 135 transactions for residential units, 25 transactions for buildings, and 44 transactions for lands.

In turn, the value of the donations amounted to about 221.15 million dirhams, with 30 transactions distributed among 20 transactions for residential units, two transactions for buildings, and eight transactions for land.

Thus, real estate sales accounted for 70.75% of the total value of registered transactions, mortgages 21.45%, and gifts 7.81%. The Palm Jebel Ali area topped the list of the highest-selling areas during yesterday’s transactions, with a value exceeding 140.9 million dirhams, followed by “Harrison” with a value of 130.3 million dirhams, then the Business Bay area, with a value of 122.55 million dirhams, “Jebel Ali Industrial II” with a value of 88.89 million dirhams, and the Jumeirah Village Circle area with a value of 84.4 million dirhams. The “Airport City” area ranked sixth with a value of more than 74.2 million dirhams, followed by “Al Thanyah 5” with a value of about 69.33 million dirhams, then the “Downtown Jebel Ali” area with a value of 61.533 million dirhams, and the “Me’aisem 1” area with a value of 48.63 million dirhams, while the “DAMAC Hills” area came tenth with a value of 45.23 million dirhams.
