The Head of State and the President of Uzbekistan discuss by telephone the relations of the two countries

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, discussed during a phone call the relations of cooperation and joint work to strengthen them in a way that serves the aspirations of the two countries to achieve development and prosperity and brings goodness and prosperity to their peoples.

His Highness and the President of Uzbekistan stressed the keenness of the two countries to continue developing their relations, which are based on solid foundations of cooperation and mutual interests, in light of the availability of many promising opportunities for development in various fields.

The two sides also exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest.
