Bayern Munich reveals its position on selling Oliseh

Bayern Munich, the German double champion, has closed the door on the possibility of selling its French star, Michael Olise, during the current summer transfer period.
Oliseh, 24 years old, is receiving interest from many clubs this summer, most notably Spanish club Real Madrid.

The Bavarian club’s sporting director, Christoph Freund, confirmed that the controversy raised in this regard had been resolved, stressing that there was no way to dispense with the French international, after a friendly match that ended with Bayern Munich losing 2-1 to Wiesbaden, a third-division club.
Freund told the media after the friendly match that was held on Saturday: “Olesih’s departure is not an idea at all, and we will be happy to have him back in the team after his vacation ends.”
He added: “Olesih will be an important pillar for us in the new season, just as he was last season.”
