FIFA reveals the 10 fastest players in the World Cup

The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) revealed the official data on the fastest players in the 2026 World Cup, ending the controversy over those with the highest speeds in the tournament.

Although many of the major teams have stars known for their speed, the final list did not always match the expectations of the fans. Some prominent names were absent, while players appeared who were not among the nominations before the start of the tournament.

The list of the 10 fastest players in the 2026 World Cup is as follows:

1- Kylian Mbappe: The Real Madrid star continued to write history after he topped the list of the fastest players in the 2026 World Cup, confirming once again that he is one of the fastest players in the history of football, with a speed of 37.61 km/hour.

2- Anthony Elanga: The Swedish winger came close to the lead after recording a speed of 37.16 km/h, slightly ahead of the first-place finisher.

3- Micky van de Ven: The Tottenham defender confirmed his exceptional abilities after becoming the fastest defender in the tournament at a speed of 36.77 km/h.

4- Jordan Boss: The Australian player continued his physical brilliance after his speed reached 36.67 km/h, ranking fourth in the fastest ranking.

5- Erling Haaland: The Manchester City striker came in fifth place after recording a speed of 36.52 km/h.

6- Abdulkader Khosanov: The Manchester City player ranked sixth with a speed of 36.46 km/h and was the only player on the list whose team did not reach the knockout rounds.
