Postponing the general assembly of “Abu Moati Libraries” due to lack of a quorum

Abdullah Saad Muhammad Abu Moati Libraries Company announced that the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first and second meetings), which was scheduled to be held yesterday, Monday, will not be held via modern technology.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Tadawul: The failure to hold the meeting was due to the lack of the quorum required for the meeting, as the attendance percentage for the first meeting was (10.62%) and the attendance percentage for the second meeting was (10.62%).
The Abdullah Saad Muhammad Abu Moati Libraries Company noted the invitation to the third meeting after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities, noting that the third meeting will be held with whomever of the shareholders is present.
