المملكة: Riyadh Metro.. How can I report a violation on the train or stations?

Since the launch of the first trip on the Riyadh electric train “Riyadh Metro”, which is operated by the Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh, the stations have witnessed a great turnout.
The transportation process goes smoothly through the metro stations, but violations are always committed by some passengers, so how can they be reported?

How to report violations in the Riyadh Metro?

The Royal Commission for the City of Riyadh has identified several ways to report, and if you see someone behaving inappropriately on the train, there are multiple channels to seek help, namely::

  • Passengers can contact any employee at the station for assistance.
  • Press the intercom button located at stations and trains to contact the Operations Control Centre (OCC).
  • Press button (SOS) Self-service machines for selling tickets (TVM) To contact the customer service center (CCC)
  • Call the customer service center on 19933.

6 main axes

The electric train project includes 6 main axes with a total length of about 176 kilometers, and 85 stations covering most densely populated areas, government facilities, commercial, educational and health activities.
The stations are connected to King Khalid International Airport, King Abdullah Financial Center, major universities, the city center, and the public transportation center.
The total number of trains at the opening of the project was 202 trains, which can be increased to 338 trains in the future.

Riyadh train network routes

The six routes of the Riyadh train network are distributed as follows:

The first route (blue line): Olaya – Batha – Al-Hayer axis, with a length of 38 km.

The second route (red line): King Abdullah Road, 25.3 km long.

The third route (orange line): Medina Road axis – Prince Saad bin Abdul Rahman I Road, with a length of 40.7 km.

Fourth track (yellow line): King Khalid International Airport Road axis, 29.6 km long.

Fifth Track (Green Line): King Abdulaziz Road axis, 12.9 km long.

The sixth route (purple line): The axis of Abdul Rahman bin Awf Road – Sheikh Hassan bin Hussein bin Ali Road, with a length of 30 km.
