The Director of Dubai Courts chairs the strategic retreat to outline the features of the Dubai Courts plan 2025-2030

DUBAI, 4 December / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts, chaired the strategic retreat to outline the features of the Dubai Courts’ plan 2025-2030. Al Suwaidi said that the retreat constitutes an important platform for determining future directions for the strategic vision of Dubai Courts, noting that the meeting reflects the commitment of the courts. By developing its institutional performance in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency and transparency, and provides an opportunity to exchange ideas that contribute to developing a comprehensive strategy that is in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and keeps pace with global developments in the field of justice.

His Excellency Judge Abdul Qadir Musa, President of the Court of Cassation, participated in the retreat, along with court presidents, sector directors, advisors, department directors, and heads of various departments in Dubai Courts.

His Excellency pointed out that this retreat provides a vital opportunity to make thoughtful strategic decisions that contribute to achieving the long-term goals of the Dubai Courts. He said that these decisions require a comprehensive vision that takes into account all institutional and innovative aspects that keep pace with modern developments in the judicial sector, and that integration between departments Judicial and administrative represents an essential element in ensuring the successful implementation of the plan, as it requires coordinated teamwork among the various parties concerned, whether judicial or administrative, working to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in providing services.

He explained that this cooperation contributes to achieving harmony between the organization’s executive and strategic visions, which enhances its ability to meet the needs of customers and achieve justice with the highest standards of quality.
