المملكة: Your qualifications are your responsibility… and they are required to update their data via the “Masar” platform.

The Ministry of Education, through the Ministry’s Agency for Human Resources, announced the launch of a new campaign aimed at enabling occupants of educational positions to update their job data and qualifications via the “Masar” platform under the title “Your qualifications are your responsibility… update them.”
This campaign comes as part of the Ministry of Education’s keenness to achieve the highest levels of accuracy in job data, ensuring improvement of the efficiency of human resources systems and contributing to achieving the Ministry’s strategic objectives..
The campaign actually began last Sunday and will continue for ten consecutive working days, and includes all educational job holders who must enter the “Masar” platform to complete the process of reviewing and updating their job data to ensure its accuracy and validity in accordance with the Ministry’s requirements and regulations.

The updating process requires the employee to log in to the “Masar” platform, then review all the registered job data, choose the correct information by marking it, and leave the incorrect data without modification.
After completion, the application is sent by clicking on the “Apply” option. The application will then be processed and reviewed by the relevant human resources department, which withdraws and processes periodic reports.
In the event of a deficiency or need for additional information, the relevant employee is contacted directly via the mobile number registered in the system to ensure that the request is completed in the required manner..

Previous employment status

The Ministry of Education confirmed through its explanatory statement that the date of official appointment of employees depends on their previous employment status.
For example, employees who were hired as employees and then promoted to a rank on the general staff ladder, the tenure date is the official date of hire.
For teachers who are appointed to Section 105 and then tenured at a specific educational level, the date of tenure at the educational level is considered the official date of appointment.
The Ministry also clarified that during the updating process, employees must choose the current actual workplace and not the department assigned to it, to ensure the accuracy of the registered job data.
The statement added that all applications submitted through the system are subject to careful review in accordance with the rules and regulations approved by the Human Resources Department.

Commitment to update data

The Ministry of Education called on all educational job holders to commit to updating their job data within the specified time period through the “Masar” platform, stressing that the accuracy of job data directly contributes to improving job performance, enhancing professional competence, and supporting the Ministry’s development plans.
The Ministry confirmed that this campaign comes in the context of its continuing efforts to achieve its future vision aimed at developing the educational process and achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030..
