Accepting an appeal against the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture

Al-Qassim Holding Company for Investment (), announced the issuance of a ruling by the Administrative Court of Appeal, yesterday, accepting the appeal of a lawsuit against Water and Agriculture.
The company announced on the Saudi Tadawul website, on August 22, the issuance of the preliminary ruling from the Administrative Court in Riyadh, which indicates the lack of spatial jurisdiction to hear the case, to claim the rest of the real estate area.
Al-Qassim Company reported that the appeal was accepted in form, the appealed ruling was canceled, and the court again returned the case to the department for consideration.
