"Ajman Finance" Honoring award winners "Best research paper on financial sustainability"

Ajman, December 10 / WAM / The Department of Finance in Ajman honored the winners of the “Best Research Paper on Sustainability of Financial Resources” award, within the scientific research competition, which was launched by the Department in partnership with Ajman University as part of its keenness to support the efforts of the “Year of Sustainability” in the UAE. .

His Excellency Marwan Al Ali, Director of the Department of Finance in Ajman, said that the competition aimed to support scientific research and stimulate national academic energies and talents to adopt strategic and forward-looking thinking, and to provide solid scientific studies and research that help decision-makers and contribute to finding innovative future solutions to issues related to financial sustainability, in a way that supports the process of Sustainable development in the emirate, and reflects positively on enhancing the quality of life there.

He added that the department adopts the principles of proactiveness and flexibility, which are key to the gateway to innovation, pointing out that the goal of launching the competition in partnership with Ajman University is to prepare a generation aware of financial sustainability issues, and to benefit from the scientific community in enhancing readiness for the future.

For his part, Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Shami, Advisor to the Department, said that the research presented by the students participating in the competition represents a distinctive addition to the emirate’s knowledge and development treasury, and an important step towards achieving its goals of financial sustainability and sustainable development.

In turn, Maryam Al Dhahouri, Director of the Department’s Institutional Relations Center, confirmed that the award comes within the framework of the Department’s keenness to strengthen its partnerships with the academic sector as part of its endeavors to direct academic efforts towards sustainability issues, and provide the opportunity for young minds to apply their knowledge by preparing research studies that contribute to Promoting innovation and enabling it to develop policies and frameworks based on the principle of anticipating the future to transform challenges into opportunities for growth, and achieve excellence, leadership, and sustainability in government financial work.

Dr. Karim Al-Saghir, Director of Ajman University, and a number of directors of departments and divisions in the Department of Finance, and university professors, banned the honoring ceremony.
