The UAE Ambassador presents his credentials to the Governor General of Canada

Ottawa, December 10, 2017 – His Excellency Abdul Rahman Ali Al Neyadi presented his credentials as Ambassador of the UAE to Her Excellency Marie Simone, Governor General of Canada, during the meeting held at Rideau Hall in the capital, Ottawa.
His Excellency conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidential Cabinet, to Her Excellency and their wishes for her country and its people further progress and prosperity.
For her part, Her Excellency Simon conveyed to His Excellency the Ambassador her greetings to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Office, wishing the government and people of the UAE further development and growth.
Her Excellency wished Al Neyadi success in his work tasks to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields, stressing her country’s readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his tasks.
In turn, His Excellency Al Neyadi expressed his pride in representing the UAE in Canada, and his keenness to consolidate and activate bilateral relations in various fields in a way that contributes to strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, areas of cooperation between the UAE and Canada were reviewed and ways to develop them were discussed to achieve the interests and ambitions of the two friendly countries and peoples.
