16.2 million dirhams, the value of housing assistance for "Sharjah Charity" In 9 months

Sharjah, December 14 / WAM / The value of housing assistance provided by the Sharjah Charitable Society to its beneficiaries during the first nine months of this year exceeded 16.2 million dirhams and included 1,794 needy families whose assistance requests were approved.
Mohammed Rashid bin Bayat, Vice Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, said that housing assistance comes within the lump sum assistance programs that aim to provide a decent life for needy families, in a way that guarantees them stability, family reunification, strengthening their cohesion, and strengthening the bonds of society and family, stressing that the Association seeks during the coming period to achieve Further improvement in the mechanism of providing this aid.
He added that the association receives customer requests throughout the week through its website, and if the request completes all the required documents, field study procedures are initiated and a report is submitted to the relevant committee to take the appropriate action for each case.
