An American envoy praises the UAE’s experience in promoting tolerance, coexistence, and acceptance of others
Abu Dhabi, December 14 / WAM / Her Excellency Ambassador Debra Lipstad, the US Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism, praised the UAE’s experience in promoting tolerance, coexistence and acceptance of others, stressing the importance of supporting global initiatives in this aspect.
This came during the reception of His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Defense, Interior and Foreign Affairs Committee in the Federal National Council, with the American envoy today, Saturday.
During the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Al Nuaimi stressed the depth of the partnership and cooperation relations between the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America, noting that these relations are a model in many strategic fields, and noted the joint efforts between the two countries aimed at achieving international stability and peace.
His Excellency Al Nuaimi reviewed the UAE’s approach to consolidating tolerance and coexistence, and investing in the role of youth in peace efforts, noting the “Abrahamic Family House” that represents a symbol of mutual understanding, coexistence and peace between different religions, and stressed the importance of adopting and promoting projects and programs that contribute to enhancing dialogue.
