Burjeel Holding’s net profits in the third quarter increased by 27.5%
Sharjah, November 5, 2025 – Burjeel Holding Group PLC, listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, achieved net profits of 175 million dirhams in the third quarter of 2025, an increase of 27.5%, while the net margin increased to 12.3% compared to 10.4% in the same period last year.
Today, the group announced its financial results for the three-month and nine-month periods ending on September 30, 2025.
The group’s EBITDA recorded a remarkable growth in the third quarter of 2025 by 17.1% to reach 320 million dirhams, with the margin of these profits rising to 22.5% compared to 20.7% in the same period in 2024.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased by 15.3% to reach 807 million dirhams during the first nine months of 2025, with the margin of these profits rising to 19.7% compared to 18.9% during the same period in 2024.
As for the first nine months of 2025, net profit increased by 18.2% to reach 362 million dirhams, with net margin improving to 8.8%, a clear indication of continued strong profit growth.
The hospital sector, which represents 88% of the group’s total revenues, recorded a growth of 4.6%, reaching its revenues to reach 1,247 million dirhams in the third quarter of 2025, while it achieved an increase of 8.3%, reaching its revenues to reach 3,618 million dirhams in the first nine months of 2025, thanks to the noticeable increase in the number of patients visiting hospitals and the diversity of cases benefiting from the services provided.
Burjeel Medical City, Burjeel Specialist Hospital in Sharjah, and Medeor Hospitals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai came to the forefront, reflecting operational efficiency and continued demand for complex care services.
Burjeel Medical City, the group’s regional hub for providing complex care and tertiary specialty services, achieved revenue growth of 10.9% to reach AED 975 million during the first nine months of 2025, with third-quarter revenues rising by 7.1%.
