Art stars bid farewell to Nabil El-Halafawi to his final resting place amidst a state of shock and sadness
A large number of art stars, fans, friends and relatives of the great artist Nabil Al-Halafawi mourned this Sunday evening, his body from the Police Mosque in Sheikh Zayed.
The mourners performed funeral prayers over the body of the late artist before he was transported to his final resting place and buried in the family cemetery. The participants were overcome by a state of shock and sadness.

Nabil El-Halafawi grew up in a family A middle school student interested in education and culture, which influenced his intellectual and artistic formation. He studied at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, to hone his artistic talent and learn the principles of acting. And directing.
He began his artistic career through the theater, where he presented many plays, then he turned to television, and his first work on television was the series “Muhammad, the Messenger of God.” The first part in 1980.
The late man participated in many cinematic works, including: “And Chained Against An Unknown,” “Scoundrels,” “The Price of Alienation,” “The Trial,” “Poor People Do Not Enter Paradise,” “Fathers and Sons.” “The road to Eilat, Agent No. 13” .. Among his most prominent series are “Ghawish, Al-Jaliyat, Love and Other Things, Raafat Al-Hagan, Zainab’s Daughters, Sur Mazra Al-Oyoun, Tears of Her Majesty, My Blood, My Tears, and My Smile, A Story Without Beginning and Ending, Zizinia, and Noos.
Al-Halafawi won the love of the audience, who called him “The Captain,” thanks to his strong leadership roles and his mastery. For patriotic and dramatic roles, in addition to his success in embodying characters that are characterized by depth and realism.
The artist Nabil Al-Halafawi’s last artistic participation was in the movie “Handing over the People” Which was shown in 2022, where he appeared as a guest of honor in the events of the work starring the star Donia Samir Ghanem and the star Hisham Majed. Bayoumi Fouad and Dalal Abdel Aziz participated in the tournament, and a number of guests of honor including Mohamed Mamdouh, Chico, Lucy, Ahmed Fathi, and it was written by Sherif Naguib.
