Ras Al Khaimah Antiquities and Museums organize the theatrical show "Primary relief" within "Heritage days"

Ras Al Khaimah, December 16 / WAM / The Department of Antiquities and Museums in Ras Al Khaimah, in the presence and patronage of the wife of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikha Hana bint Juma Al Majid, organized a theatrical performance entitled “Primary Farjana”, as part of the session. The third of the “Ras Al Khaimah Heritage Days”, which concludes its activities this evening in front of the “Ras Al Khaimah National Museum”.
Sheikha Hana bint Juma Al Majid stressed the importance of preserving popular and traditional legacies, noting that they represent an integral part of the national identity and rich culture. She explained that heritage and craft events, in addition to theatrical and live performances of societal customs and traditions, are tools that reflect the authenticity of ancient history and highlight the values established across generations.
The wife of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah pointed out that enhancing the rich cultural heritage of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE requires sustainable efforts to preserve this precious heritage and pass it on to future generations. She said: Through these activities, we connect our ancient past with our renewed present, and instill in the hearts of young people the spirit of pride and belonging, so that we may always remain loyal to our cultural heritage, which represents a fundamental pillar in our societal and civilizational renaissance.
“Ras Al Khaimah Heritage Days” is considered one of the most prominent cultural events that celebrates the popular heritage and rich heritage of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the UAE.
The event is being held for the third year in a row, organized by the Department of Antiquities and Museums in Ras Al Khaimah, with the aim of strengthening national identity and consolidating the values of authenticity and pride in cultural heritage in the hearts of members of society, especially the younger generations.
The activities of the third session of Ras Al Khaimah Heritage Days included organizing a variety of exhibitions, including “Old Ras Al Khaimah Passports” and “Armed Forces… History and Tasks” in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense – Ras Al Khaimah Military Museum; The activities and performances also included a review of the Emirati heritage in all its details, such as traditional handicrafts such as Sadu and Talli making, and folk arts performances.
