Video exposing her matter.. A court punishes a mother for using hashish in front of her child

A Kuwaiti court punished a woman after her husband revealed old video clips documenting her use of hashish in front of her only child in her home.

The woman’s ex-husband appeared before the court and admitted that she had been using hashish since 2015, and that he had photographed the drug paraphernalia during married life, but out of a desire not to expose her, he kept those videos throughout that period.

He pointed out that after his ex-wife filed a lawsuit demanding proof of her custody of her only son, he was forced to submit those videos to the court, through which it became clear that she was not being faithful in raising her son.

The father’s defense asserted that even if this incident was old, it showed that the mother’s behavior was abnormal and that she was not trustworthy in maintaining custody of her son. This is what the trial was ultimately convinced of.
