An earthquake measuring 5.2 Richter strikes the Japanese city of Makurazaki

Today, Monday, an earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale struck the city of Makurazaki, southwest of Japan’s Kagoshima Prefecture.
The Japanese Meteorological Agency reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 170 kilometers.
There have been no reports so far of human casualties or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
