BLACKPINK’s tour will exceed expectations thanks to Rosé’s song “APT.”

Leading Investment Securities expects YG Entertainment, the company responsible for BLACKPINK’s activities, to record annual losses this year, according to its analysis on December 17.
The reason was attributed to the absence of the famous girl group. However, the company expected that the results would improve next year with their return to activity as a full group.
According to Leading, BLACKPINK’s tour will be larger than expected due to the recent global success of member Rosé’s song ‘.APT.’

The company expected YG Entertainment to achieve revenues with a decrease of 36.3% compared to the previous year, and explained that the absence of BLACKPINK’s activities is the main reason for the deterioration of financial performance.

Reports indicated that, “Given the global success of the song “APT” that BLACKPINK member Rosé recently released, BLACKPINK’s tour may be larger than expected thanks to its continued success since its release in addition to the success of its first solo album, which tops the global charts.

The American Billboard Hot 100 list of the best singles witnessed the introduction of the song “APT”, which was released by the Korean star “Rosé” from a band in cooperation with the international pop star Bruno Mars.
