المملكة: It reaches 3 below zero…a cold wave in the northern border region

Today, the National Center of Meteorology warned of a cold wave in the northern border region.
Its effects include a drop in temperatures from 0°C to 3°C below zero on the city of Arar, Turaif Governorate, Rafha, Al-Uwaiqila, and Hazm Al-Jalamid.
He explained that the situation begins at 1 a.m. on Thursday, and continues until 9 a.m. on the same day.

In its report on the weather conditions today, Wednesday, in the Kingdom’s regions, the Center expected that the weather would remain cold in parts of the north and center of the Kingdom.

While the sky will be partly cloudy to cloudy, it may be interspersed with rain and thunderstorm clouds over parts of the Asir, Al-Baha and Makkah regions.
It is not excluded that fog will form in parts of these areas, as well as in the southern parts of the eastern region.
