Zamalek Flying Women conclude their campaign in the World Club Championship with a loss to Italian club Ferro Milano

Zamalek Women concluded their participation in the World Club Championship, losing to the Italian Noumea Ferro Milano, by three games without a response, in the confrontation that was held today, Thursday, in China.
The first half ended with an overwhelming superiority for the Italian team with a score of 25-9, and the superiority for the Italian team continued in the second half with a score of 25-13.
And it appeared Zamalek women were at a better level at the beginning of the third half, taking the lead in the score, before the Italian team women returned and decided the match by winning 25-18.
Zamalek women had lost in the match. The opening match against Tianjin Bohai Bank of China in three clean games, with a score of 25-16, 25-18, 25-15.
This confrontation witnessed Farida Al-Asqalani, the player of the white team, suffering a severe injury, with a sprained ankle, according to what Zamalek Club announced.
In the second confrontation, Zamalek women also lost to the Brazilian Gerdao Minas, also in three games without a response, with a score of 25-17, 25-21, 25-14. Zamalek women occupied fourth and last place in the first group of the World Club Volleyball Championship, without any points, and the best duo in terms of scoring points in the ranks of the white team were: Maryam Metwally and the Brazilian Milka, with 28 points each. p>
