المملكة: The Prophet’s concern for his nation reached its goal in explaining the Sharia

His Eminence, the imam and preacher of the Grand Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Maher Al-Muaiqly, said that the mission of the messengers is to call people to God Almighty, convey the message, and explain the Sharia. They sent preachers of goodness and guides to humanity, promising those who obey God a great reward and warning those who disobey Him of a severe punishment.
He affirmed that our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is the seal of the messengers and the master of the children of Adam. He conveyed the message, fulfilled his trust, advised the nation, and struggled in God as he deserved until certainty came to him.
He pointed out that the Prophet used to call on his nation day and night, secretly and publicly, and he used to go to the polytheists in their markets and gatherings, calling them to their Lord and being patient with their harm, repulsion, and turning away.

The Prophet took care of his nation

He affirmed that the Prophet’s concern for his nation was greater than their concern for themselves, to the point that he was saddened and saddened by their turning away, a grief that almost killed him and destroyed them, so his Lord forbade him from that, and God Almighty said: “So do not let your soul go to them in sorrow.” And He explained to him that the success of guidance comes from Him alone, the Most High, and He said: If you strive to guide them, then God does not guide those who go astray, and they will have no helpers.”
He stressed that part of the perfection of his compassion, may God bless him and grant him peace, for their nation was his frequent supplications for them and his crying for them out of concern for them and fear of their torment, and that part of his great concern was that he followed the affairs of his companions and followers, as he consoled the afflicted, relieved the distressed, and was with the people in their affairs and conditions.
He pointed out that the Prophet’s concern for his nation reached the utmost in explaining his law, in compliance with the command of his Lord Almighty. There is nothing that brings the nation closer to Paradise and distances them from Hell except that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, made it clear.
