She supported the Syrian revolution from its beginning.. Did Asala return to her homeland?
Today, Friday, social media pioneers circulated rumors about the participation of the famous Syrian artist, Asala Nasri, in the concert. She has supported the revolution since 2011, and has not backed down or changed, unlike some other artists, according to what many Syrians confirm.
The hashtag #Asala_Nasri also trended on social media.
However, her office denied the matter completely. Her office manager, Tony Semaan, explained that “Asala is in Cairo, and has not traveled.”
