Sharjah Airport and Air Arabia launch a direct route to Warsaw

Sharjah, December 21 / WAM / Sharjah Airport and Air Arabia launched a new route to the Polish capital, Warsaw, joining the list of the latest direct European airline destinations to and from the city of Sharjah in the UAE.

The new route to the Polish capital, Warsaw – which was inaugurated in the presence of His Excellency Ali Salem Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah International Airport Authority, and a number of officials from “Air Arabia” – will operate A320 aircraft between Sharjah Airport and Warsaw Chopin International Airport, with 5 flights per week, on days Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, making it the second city in Poland to which direct flights are operated from Sharjah after Krakow.

Al Midfa confirmed that the city of Warsaw’s accession to the list of direct flights between Sharjah Airport and Warsaw Capital Airport, which attracts millions of tourists annually from various countries of the world, opens an active window for those wishing to travel directly to Sharjah Airport for the purposes of tourism, visitation, residence and work, which contributes to diversifying opportunities for trade and economic exchange. between the Emirates and Poland, attracting foreign investments between the two sides, consolidating the leading position of the Emirate of Sharjah on the map of travel, air traffic and shipping in the Middle East region, and giving a strong impetus to its growing economic activity in various sectors.
