100 flights canceled due to strong winds in Britain

Parts of the United Kingdom are expected to witness winds of up to 120 kilometers per hour, as disturbances continue during the Christmas holidays due to bad weather.
Heathrow Airport, the largest airport in London, confirmed the cancellation of about 100 flights on Sunday, and passengers were advised to check with their airlines before traveling.

The British Meteorological Service (Met Office) had previously reported that the level yellow weather warnings for winds, which came into effect at 7 a.m., are expected to continue until 9 p.m. today, Sunday, according to the British News Agency (PA). Media).
