Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announced the results of the remaining offering and the allocation of rights shares.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the coverage ratio at the end of the remaining offering period reached 431%.
It noted the sale of all remaining shares, which represented 4,031,344 shares.
She indicated that the total amount returned from the sale of unsubscribed shares was 68,494,940.40 riyals.
She noted that the fractional shares amounted to 25,531 shares.
She explained that the average selling price of the shares sold was 16.99 riyals per share.
It stated that the net amount of compensation attributable to owners of priority rights and fractional shares is 24,150,156.40 riyals.
It stated that the date of depositing the shares into the shareholders’ accounts was 06-24-1446, corresponding to 12-25-2024.
