The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation called on private sector companies covered by Emiratisation policies to achieve the targets required of them for the year 2024, before December 31st.

In a press statement, the Ministry affirmed its confidence in the awareness of private sector companies and their compliance with Emiratization decisions and policies, which has reached unprecedented levels through the employment of more than 124,000 citizens within 23,000 private companies.

She indicated her keenness to sustain the impressive successes and exceptional results of the Emiratisation file, which stem from the ambitious strategic and economic goals of the UAE, to reach the most developed economy in the world, transition to a knowledge-based economy, and enhance the sustainability and leadership of comprehensive development efforts in the country.

She called on companies to take advantage of the “Nafis” program platform to communicate with citizens seeking work in various specializations, stressing the importance of companies registering citizens working for them in the country’s pension, retirement and social insurance systems and transferring their monthly salaries through the wage protection system.

The Ministry confirmed the continuation of providing advantages and benefits to companies that are members of the Emiratisation Partners Club that have achieved exceptional results in Emiratisation, represented by financial discounts of up to 80% on fees for the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and giving them priority in the government procurement system, which enhances the opportunities for their business to grow.

It pointed to the efficiency of its supervisory system in detecting negative practices such as fictitious localization and attempts to circumvent localization goals, and thus applying legal procedures against violating companies, which include reducing their classification within the establishment classification system followed by the ministry, obliging them to correct their conditions, and even referring their files to the judiciary, while Except for the application of the financial contributions scheduled to be applied against non-compliant companies, which amount to 96 thousand dirhams for each citizen who was not appointed in accordance with the Emiratisation targets.
