Teams from the Egyptian community in Jeddah get second place and medals
The football competition concluded this evening between members of the Egyptian community and the youth of the Saudi Al-Ittihad Football Club, which was held at the headquarters of the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club in Jeddah under the sponsorship of the Egyptian Consulate General in Jeddah, the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club, and the General Union of Egyptians Abroad, Saudi Arabia Branch.
p>The cubs of the Saudi Al-Ittihad Club won the three cups of the competition, and the three Egyptian community teams won second place and the medals. Silver .
Ambassador Ahmed Abdel Majeed, Consul General of Egypt in Jeddah, thanked the management of Al-Ittihad Club for hosting the tournament, the main goal of which was rapprochement and cohesion between the members of the Egyptian community and their Saudi brothers.
He directed Dr. Saeed Yahya, President of the General Union of Egyptians Abroad. Thanks He extended his thanks to the Saudi leadership for their generous care of the members of the Egyptian community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the management of the Saudi Union Sports Club for hosting the tournament and the wonderful organization of it. He also thanked the Academy of Arab Sayers, the Saudi branch, for training the Egyptian community’s youth teams, and also thanked the main sponsor of the tournament, the National Bank of Saudi Arabia.
