The Ministry explained that the smart assistant "hawk" It is considered one of the digital capabilities that support digital transformation in the water sector, to contribute to enhancing regulatory compliance and improving the quality of regulatory procedures, in line with the goals of sustainability and water resource governance in the Kingdom.
Accelerating control procedures
Ministry of Environment that "hawk" It is an innovative technical solution based on artificial intelligence, and was specifically designed to support field officers, by enabling them to have quick and accurate access to the water system, its executive regulations, and governing regulations, which helps determine the correct regulatory procedure for each case according to the type of violation, its location, and the licensing status.
