The General Assembly of “Al Minem Foods” approves the election of 6 members to the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Al Minem Food Company announced the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held yesterday.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The results of the vote on the assembly’s agenda included approval for the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on the date of 02/15/2025 AD and for a period of 4 years until the date of 02/14/2029 AD.
The elected members are: Saleh Al-Munjam, Thamer Abanmi, Nader Al-Wahaibi, Abdullah Bawazir, Suleiman Al-Quwaiz, and M. Hassan Al Jabri.
