Russia launches a missile attack on the Ukrainian capital

Russian forces launched an air attack on Ukraine on Tuesday, striking the capital, Kiev, and other areas with several missiles and drones.
The Ukrainian Air Force had reported a missile threat. Then at least two explosions were heard in Kiev minutes later, according to what was reported by the Associated Press news agency.
