Counselor Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of State & nbsp; For parliamentary affairs, the approval of the House of Representatives on the new criminal procedure law is an exceptional and different moment in the history of the legislative state ."RTL"> Fawzi indicated during the plenary session in the House of Representatives today, Tuesday, to approve the new draft criminal procedures law that this legislation comes 75 years after the existing and in force in the law of the Criminal Procedure until this moment, which was issued since 1950 under the constitution of 1923 .
