المملكة: During the past week, the Prophet’s Mosque received more than 5 million worshipers

During the past week, the Prophet’s Mosque received more than 5,663,488 worshipers, amid integrated services provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque, to serve and care for worshipers and visitors.
The Authority explained in a statistical report on the total services provided to worshipers and visitors at the Prophet’s Mosque during the past week, that 614,651 visitors had the honor of greeting the Messenger – may God bless him and grant him peace – and his two companions – may God be pleased with them both.
367,729 visitors also performed prayers in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa, according to the organizational procedures followed in organizing crowds and visiting times.

Communication services in several languages

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque reported that the number of beneficiaries of communication services in several languages ​​reached 46,731 visitors of different nationalities.

Field services included sterilization and disinfection work, amounting to 24,256 litres.
In addition to providing 1,460 tons of Zamzam water, and taking 158 samples for examination and analysis, in addition to distributing 179,056 Iftar meals for fasting people in the places designated for Iftar for fasting people in the Prophet’s Mosque.
