Developing the digital economy… 17.3 thousand beneficiaries of the “CODE” Center’s services

The Digital Entrepreneurship Center (CODE) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced its most notable achievements during the year 2024, which reflect a remarkable development in supporting and empowering entrepreneurs in the Kingdom.
The report highlighted the center’s role as one of the main drivers for achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, through initiatives and programs that contributed to strengthening the digital entrepreneurship system.

Support digital innovation

According to the report; The number of beneficiaries reached more than 17.3 thousand beneficiaries, while the center supported more than 400 startup companies in various digital sectors, in addition to creating 1,200 new job opportunities through its projects and initiatives.

On the investments side; It achieved a total investment of 162 million riyals through more than 50 investment rounds, and the center also contributed to enhancing innovation and development through more than 300 new technical business models.

“Code” also worked to provide its services through innovation laboratories in 5 different regions with 7 laboratories, and also established local and international partnerships to enhance the innovation environment, which enabled entrepreneurs to reach investors and global support networks.
This report confirms the CODE Centre’s commitment to continuing to achieve a positive impact in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, thus contributing to strengthening the national economy.
