A full agenda of events at the beginning of the new year in Expo City Dubai

Expo City Dubai has announced an eventful agenda at the beginning of the new year that includes many events, including the Expo City Dubai Half Marathon and the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycling Challenge, in addition to artistic concerts and the opening of the new destination, “Small Worlds.”

In the middle of this month, a new destination in the transportation area will welcome visitors in “small worlds” to accompany them on a journey through miniature cities with all their details, including transportation networks, moving vehicles, terrain, and landscapes.

On Sunday, January 19, the Expo City Dubai Half Marathon will start in its second edition from Al Forsan Park, allowing everyone of all abilities and ages to participate in the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km races.

On January 27, the Arena Square in Expo City Dubai will host the international rock band “Green Day”, which has won five Grammy Awards, and on February 1, the “Break the Block” festival returns for its second edition, performing concerts that continue until sunrise with a number of the most prominent international musicians.

On February 22 and 23, the Spence Dubai 92 Cycling Challenge will be held from Expo City Dubai. It is the most important cycling event in the region and hosts thousands of riders from all over the world, as participants enjoy the stunning views of the city and the desert from the traffic-free streets of Expo City Dubai.

The 92km course is a qualifier for the 2025 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships and is also listed as a classification event on the Cape Town Cycling Tour.
