Two people were killed and 18 others injured in a plane crash in Southern California
Two people were killed and 18 others were injured when a small plane crashed into a commercial building in the city of Fullerton, Orange County, southern California, on Thursday. The fire severely damaged the commercial building occupied by a factory.
Ten injured people were taken to hospital, while eight others received treatment at the site and were released.

Police respond and begin investigation
Fullerton Police spokeswoman Christy Wells said that the accident occurred at 2:09 p.m. local time, and police and fire teams immediately responded to the scene to put out the fire and evacuate nearby buildings.
The police explained that the plane, which was a single-engine plane with seating capacity for four seats, crashed one minute after take-off near Fullerton Airport, which is about 10 kilometers from Disneyland.
Investigators, in cooperation with the Federal Aviation Administration, continue to investigate the accident to determine the causes and circumstances surrounding it.
