In the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Endowments counted 256 incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards, during which settlers practiced Talmudic rituals, in a clear consolidation of the temporal and spatial division.

The ministry explained – in its report – that Israeli Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir stormed Al-Aqsa – supported by his far-right government – 7 times since he took office, and 4 times since the start of the war on Gaza .

The report indicated that 2,567 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa on the so-called Jewish Festival of Lights (Hanukkah), during which they practiced numerous violations, Talmudic rituals, dancing, and singing.

With regard to the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron in the south of the West Bank, the occupation forces prevented the call to prayer there approximately 674 times during 2024, and it was closed 10 times during the same period, according to the Endowment’s report< /span>.

3,381 Israeli soldiers also stormed the Ibrahimi Mosque during the year 2024, in a flagrant violation of the sanctity of the religious place, and a provocation to the feelings of Muslims.

The Palestinian Endowments also documented – in its report – Israel’s attack on 20 mosques in different areas of the occupied West Bank, either by partially destroying a number of facilities, or by desecrating them with writing mocking Islamic rituals .

The Ministry called on the international community to force the occupation to stop continuing these violations, which have become of high frequency, especially with the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip.
