Three crew members of a Coast Guard helicopter were killed after it crashed

Government authorities announced the death of two pilots and a sky diver who were aboard an Advanced Light helicopter belonging to the Indian Coast Guard after the helicopter crashed and caught fire at the airport in the city of Porbandar in the state of Gujarat on Sunday.
The Press Trust of India news agency quoted Porbandar Police Chief Bhagirathsinh Jadeja as saying that the helicopter was returning from a routine sortie and crashed while trying to land on the runway.
The police chief did not immediately mention the reasons for the accident.
