8.3 million dinars in real estate transactions in the first week of 2025

The value of real estate transactions, according to statistics published by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau, amounted to 8.3 million dinars during the first week of 2025, with 150 transactions, for only 3 days, as the first week of January witnessed a number of vacation days.

Real estate trading began in the new year 2025 on January 2, witnessing 52 transactions, while trading was halted for 3 days, to resume on the 6th with 43 transactions, while the next day had the highest number of transactions with 55 transactions.

As for the real estate transactions that took place in the Kingdom of Bahrain at the end of January of last year 2024, their value amounted to 72 million dinars, and were carried out through 2016 transactions, according to data from the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.
