Appointment of Abdul Majeed Al-Sultan as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Al Jazira
The Board of Directors of Bank Al Jazira approved the appointment of Eng. Abdul Majeed Al-Sultan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mohammed bin Daoud, Vice-Chairman of the Board.
According to the bank’s statement on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, the extraordinary general assembly meeting of Bank Al Jazira, held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 AD, witnessed the election of members of the Board of Directors for the session that began on January 1, 2025 AD, for a period of three years and ends on December 31, 2027 AD.
The Council approved the appointment of Nayef Al-Abdulkarim as Managing Director.
