المملكة: Saturday weather: rain continues in parts of 9 regions

The National Center of Meteorology announced the expected weather conditions for Saturday in the Kingdom.
According to the meteorological statement, moderate to heavy thunderstorm rains are expected to continue, leading to torrential rains, accompanied by hail showers and active winds that stir up dust and dust in parts of the Al-Baha and Makkah regions, and extending to parts of the Asir region.

The rain will also be light to moderate in parts of the regions of Jazan, Medina, Riyadh, Al-Qassim and the northern borders, and extends to the northern parts of the eastern region.
It is not unlikely that fog will form in parts of these areas, as well as in parts of the Tabuk and Al-Jawf regions.

Red Sea

Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly at a speed of 20-40 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southerly at a speed of 20-42 km/h, reaching more than 55 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part.
Wave height: from one to two metres, reaching a height of two and a half metres, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the southern part.
Sea condition: Light to medium waves reaching wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.

Arabian Gulf

Surface winds: southeasterly to southerly at a speed of 10-20 km/h in the northern and central parts and northeasterly to easterly at a speed of 10-25 km/h in the southern part.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half metres.
Sea condition: light to medium waves.
