المملكة: The Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques calls on female pilgrims to adhere to the hijab and perform acts of obedience
It included calls to preserve their time and occupy it with obedience and worship, and to benefit from the scientific lessons and Quranic circles organized by the Presidency on an ongoing basis to serve male and female visitors to the Sacred House of God and the Mosque of His Noble Messenger.
Female visitors to the Two Holy Mosques
In its messages, the Presidency stressed the importance of female visitors and visitors adhering to the hijab, chastity, and modesty while in the Two Holy Mosques, as this is considered an act of honoring God’s rituals and a means of obtaining His pleasure.
It also recommended not to be busy moving around and photographing while performing rituals or while they are within the confines of the Two Holy Mosques, because of the impact that this has on focusing on obedience such as prayer, circumambulation, dhikr, recitation of the Qur’an, and supplication, in addition to attending knowledge and education councils.
The messages stressed the necessity of adhering to Islamic values by lowering one’s voice within the Two Holy Mosques, avoiding crowding with men in the corridors, Al-Mataf, Al-Masa’a, and at the doors, and being a little late in leaving the prayer halls after performing the prayer, in order to achieve smooth movement and respect for the sanctity of the place.
The moderate, moderate approach of Islam
The messages included instructions calling on Muslim women to preserve their time and occupy it with obedience, by attending scientific lessons and Quranic circles, which are held specifically to enrich female visitors and visitors scientifically and spiritually, based on Islamic values and principles derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah in accordance with the moderate approach of Islam.
The messages also stressed the importance of avoiding mingling with men during prayer, and following the Sunnah of the Prophet, which states that the best rows for women are the last ones, and the worst ones are the first ones.
She also called for taking advantage of the centers spread throughout the corridors of the Two Holy Mosques to answer their religious inquiries, as these centers provide their services around the clock to meet the needs of male and female visitors.
Providing religious support and guidance
The Presidency indicated the readiness of women’s field departments to provide religious support and guidance, as female visitors and visitors can go to those departments to obtain assistance or appropriate guidance.
She stressed the importance of female visitors cooperating with the security authorities and employees of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, to ensure the organization of crowds and to maintain the security and safety of everyone.
The messages also addressed mothers accompanying their children, calling for them to be aware of the sanctity of the Two Holy Mosques and to control their behavior, so that they are not a source of nuisance to sects, worshipers, or visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.

The spiritual atmosphere in the Two Holy Mosques
She stressed the need to adhere to the directives of the concerned authorities to preserve the spiritual atmosphere that characterizes the Two Holy Mosques.
These messages come within the framework of the Presidency of Religious Affairs’ keenness to glorify the rituals of God, and to provide legal guidance that contributes to achieving the maximum spiritual and scientific benefit for male and female visitors, while preserving the sanctity of the place and respecting its rituals.
