المملكة: Sunday weather: thunderstorms and hail showers in parts of 6 regions

The National Center of Meteorology announced the expected weather conditions for Sunday in the Kingdom.
According to the meteorological statement, there is still an opportunity for thunderstorm rain, accompanied by hail showers and active winds stirring up dust and dust in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh and Sharqiya.
While it is not excluded that fog will form over parts of those areas as well as over parts of the northern border regions, Al-Jawf and Tabuk.

Red Sea

Surface winds: northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 20-40 km/h over the northern and central part, and southwesterly to southeasterly at a speed of 18-36 km/h, reaching more than 55 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
Wave height: from one to two metres, reaching a height of more than two and a half metres, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
Sea condition: Moderate to wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.

Arabian Gulf

Surface winds: northwesterly at a speed of 15-35 km/h, reaching 50 km/h, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the central and southern part.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half meters and up to two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.
Sea condition: Light to medium waves, reaching wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.
