Article 63

 

An assistant to the Public Prosecution may be assigned to investigate an entire case.

A member of the Public Prosecution with at least the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutor may also delegate one of the judicial police officers to carry out one or more specific investigative tasks other than interrogating the accused.

 

The delegated judicial police officer shall, within the limits of his assignment, have all the powers granted to the person delegated to him, and he may conduct any other investigative work and interrogate the accused in cases where he fears running out of time as long as it is related to the work delegated to him and is necessary to uncover the truth. .

 

Article 64

 

A member of the Public Prosecution may request another prosecution outside its jurisdiction to conduct some investigations into the case, provided that he states the issues to be investigated and the procedures to be taken. This prosecution may conduct any other investigative work or interrogate the accused, in cases in which it deems necessary, as long as this is related to the work it is required to perform and is necessary to uncover the truth..
