They stressed the commitment of the companies responsible for Chinese car dealerships to provide warranty periods that are among the highest in the UAE car markets, which means a commitment to providing the required spare parts for vehicles.

They pointed to the initiatives that have been taken to support the rapid provision of spare parts for cars on various axes, represented by the opening of distribution centers and supply chains in the Emirates for spare parts, such as the Omoda and Jayco auto spare parts center, which is the largest center for distributing Chinese spare parts in the Middle East, and includes A stock of more than 20 thousand various parts, pointing to the trends of international car companies to adopt Dubai and the UAE in general as a regional center for supplying their vehicle spare parts to the countries of the Gulf region and the Middle East.

Moller-Maersk” in the field of integrated logistics services, with the aim of strengthening a comprehensive logistical infrastructure. This partnership aims to enhance the storage and distribution capabilities of spare parts and cars throughout the country.

She noted that the partnership will provide additional storage and distribution capabilities, ensuring the availability of 98% of original spare parts and their rapid delivery within a period not exceeding 48 hours anywhere in the UAE.

In the same context, Marketing Director at Al-Shaali Motor Trading Group, Salil Khalfawi, said that any complaints about spare parts for Chinese vehicles may have resonated over the past years due to problems related to supply chains that had impacts on many other car brands. , especially during the periods immediately following the “Covid-19” pandemic.

He added: “The situation is completely different now, in light of the full commitment of the agencies and companies supplying Chinese cars to provide spare parts quickly and comprehensively.”

Khalfawi explained, “Many Chinese car companies have launched multiple initiatives in recent times to open distribution centers and expanded supply chains in the UAE for spare parts, in addition to the tendency to adopt the UAE as a regional center for supplying spare parts to various countries in the region, and thus the provision of spare parts has become more “More smoothly and quickly, compared to previous years.”

He stated that “Chinese car agencies and companies provide years of warranty, which is the largest in the car spare parts sector, so that the average rate ranges between six and seven years, and in some vehicles it reaches 10 years, and therefore the agencies are obligated to provide spare parts for the cars guaranteed by them, by virtue of policies and laws.” Local».
