المملكة: Turaif and Qurayyat recorded the lowest temperatures in the Kingdom today

The National Center of Meteorology revealed that the lowest temperatures were recorded in the Kingdom today, Monday, January 13, 2025, with Turaif, Qurayyat, and Hail topping the list with a temperature of two degrees Celsius.
Sakaka came in second place with three degrees, followed by Tabuk and Rafha with four degrees, while Arar and Qaisumah recorded five degrees Celsius.
The center indicated that these cold weather come as a result of the Kingdom being affected by a severe cold wave, calling on citizens and residents to be careful and follow preventive instructions during these cold weather.
In its report on the weather conditions over the regions of the Kingdom, the National Center of Meteorology expects that surface winds stirring dust and dirt, accompanied by a drop in temperatures, will be active in the Riyadh and Sharqiya regions.
It extends to parts of the Najran region, as well as to parts of the regions of Mecca, Medina and Tabuk.
While the sky will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance of light rain in the regions of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha, extending to parts of the highlands of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
It is not excluded that fog will form in parts of these areas, as well as in parts of the northern border regions, Al-Jawf, Hail, and Al-Qassim.
