Shakhbout Bin Nahyan inaugurates the 14th edition of…"Ataya Exhibition"

Abu Dhabi, 13 January / WAM / Under the patronage of the wife of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region, President of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, Her Highness Sheikha Shamsa bint Hamdan Al Nahyan, Assistant to His Highness the President of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority for Women’s Affairs and Chair of the Supreme Gifts Committee. This year’s Ataya exhibition is in line with the vision and agenda of the African Union for the year 2063, which focuses on promoting innovation and upgrading the digital infrastructure in the African continent. The initiative supported by the exhibition includes providing training programs to build digital skills, support technological capabilities, and create a qualitative shift in the field of technology to qualify… African youth to integrate into the global digital economy.

His Excellency Rashid Mubarak Al Mansouri, Secretary-General of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, said that the “Ataya Exhibition” is one of the prominent initiatives that aims to support charitable work and humanitarian initiatives at the local and international levels, explaining that the exhibition addresses multiple fields, including health and education, and reflects an ongoing commitment. In supporting humanitarian causes.

He pointed out that the exhibition recently witnessed the distribution of donations via ambulances in Al-Arish, to support the health sector in Gaza, stressing that “Ataya” reflects a noble humanitarian message in providing support to those in need wherever they are.

He added that the Ataya 2025 exhibition witnesses the participation of a group of shops from Africa, which enhances its international standing and good reputation, and makes it an important platform for participants wishing to enhance their reputation and achieve public benefit.

“Ataya Exhibition” is a pioneering humanitarian platform that contributes to supporting development issues by harnessing its proceeds to support global initiatives. It is distinguished by the diversity of its participation, as it includes an elite group of craftsmen and designers who display unique products including fashion, jewelry, arts, and handicrafts.
